Scuba Diving Photos from Kona, Hawaii

Kona is considered by many to be the scuba diving capitol of Hawaii.  With it's hard coral reefs, teeming with life, lava tubes and swim-throughs, clear waters and easy access to drop-offs, Kona offers some of the most diverse scuba diving in Hawaii.

The waters off Kona, with oftentimes a hundred feet or more of visibility, offer great opportunities for both scuba diving and underwater photography.  When I moved to Hawaii, I picked up the underwater photography bug.  I'm getting to the point where I can at least get a recognizable picture from time to time, so I've peppered this website with fish pictures.  If you are curious as to what to expect if you plan on scuba diving Hawaii, then please take a gander through this website.

The underwater photos which appear on this website were taken with an MX10 camera.  Certified divers diving with us can arrange to rent the camera and accessory lenses if they wish.  This is a great way to find out if you enjoy underwater photography, before making that big purchase.
